We have opened a consultation service for support for balancing treatment and work life

We support patients (employees) with cancer and other illnesses so that they can continue their treatment without quitting their jobs.

For example,

Unsure if they can continue working after hearing about their treatment I am not sure if I can continue to work while undergoing treatment. I am not sure if I will be able to work in the same way when I return to my former workplace. I am worried that my boss and co-workers will not understand me.

We provide support for these concerns and anxieties. In addition to our patients, we also provide consultation services for those who are receiving treatment at other hospitals, as well as for human resources personnel, managers, supervisors, and occupational health staff at workplaces. We also welcome consultation from those who want to create a workplace environment where employees can work with peace of mind while continuing treatment.
